Goal: Re-Design interface used by Financial Advisers to explain to end clients what products Scotia has for them. Finanial Adviser could also show the screen to the client.
Business Goals: Sell 6 products to customers - ScotiaConnect, Electronic Funds Transfer, Business taxes + 3 more.
Old Application looked like this
I was asked to create an experience that would increase the visual weight and importance of the products. So I started with my favourite method first - sketching on a white board.
This way, the products are given more importance and visual weight. Each product is displayed as a branded image/icon with a brief description about it. This was created in Sketch.
New Application I Designed:
And finally started creating high-fi wireframes as you can see below. This was not the end state...there were more revisions made. We conducted user testing internally and received positive responses.
