My role in transforming the experience
I led the UX/UI redesign of a complex legacy Morgan Stanley platform used to access and manage financial information. The existing experience made it difficult for users to quickly find the right information and move through complex workflows.
I **restructured the information architecture, redesigned the search experience, simplified key user flows, and modernized the interface** to create a clearer and more intuitive experience.
The result was a platform that made **information easier to find, reduced friction in everyday tasks, and helped users complete complex financial workflows more efficiently.**

ABOUT THIS PROJECT

🌟 My role: Lead Product / UX/UI Designer for an internal enterprise financial platform used by financial advisors, employees, and operations teams. Focused on simplifying complex legacy workflows across portfolio management, compliance, and transactions.
👥 Worked with stakeholders: Product Owners, Business Stakeholders, Financial Advisors, Operations teams, Technical Leads and Developers. Led discovery workshops, user flows, journey mapping, wireframes, prototypes, and design validation.
🧠 Technical: Worked closely with development teams to define interaction behaviours, micro-interactions, accessibility requirements, and implementation details. Designed to WCAG 2.1 and enterprise usability standards.
✂️ Tools: Figma, journey maps, service design, user research, accessibility audits, wireframing and prototyping.
